5. Bare-Metal Server Terms

• Server slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out on your allocated server.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if the server is used for illegal activities, spam, or activities that jeopardise our infrastructure.
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime but endeavour to maintain high availability.

6. Payment & Refunds

Pricing for services is agreed upon at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring subscriptions (e.g. monthly server fees) may be cancelled with reasonable notice as agreed at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and training materials — is the property of Valor Node Capital and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
